What to Expect from the Oludeniz Boat Trip?
You’ll be picked up from your hotel early in the morning, so we recommend having breakfast before the designated pick-up time.
You will be driven to Oludeniz, also known as the Blue Lagoon, which is renowned as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It’s located 15 km away from the center of Fethiye.
Once all the guests have arrived, the Oludeniz Boat Trip will commence. On the way to Oludeniz, you’ll have the opportunity to witness various bays and scenic spots.
Lunch will be served on the boat, featuring a barbecue with a choice of chicken or fish, accompanied by rice or pasta, mezzes, and fresh fruits. There are three different types of boats available for the Oludeniz boat trip, offering you options to suit your preferences.
The Boats of the Oludeniz Boat Trip
The Oludeniz Boat Trip offers different types of boats to accommodate various preferences. There is a regular double-decker boat with a maximum capacity of 100 passengers, a Dragon boat with multiple decks and a water slide, and a smaller boat that provides a quieter atmosphere and can accommodate up to 50 people.
Upon arrival at the Oludeniz trips decks vessel, you will be welcomed by a skilled crew and team leader. The boat features tables and seats on the lower deck, as well as sunbeds on the upper deck for those who want to sunbathe. Life jackets and toilets are also available on board.
The Swimming Spots
Throughout the day, the boat will make approximately 5 or 6 stops, and some of these spots can only be reached by boat. One of the highlights is the Blue Cave, located on the way to the famous Butterfly Valley. The Blue Cave offers a unique opportunity for snorkeling and swimming in its crystal-clear waters.
Next, you’ll visit the renowned Butterfly Valley, where you can choose to leave the boat and take a short hike in the gorge to visit the valley’s waterfall. If you’re lucky, you might spot various species of butterflies that inhabit the valley. The valley also offers the option of swimming in its beautiful sandy beach.
Later, your team leader will take you to explore the historical church and the remains of St. Nicholas Island, also known as “Santa Claus.” This island is famous for its flawless waters, ideal for snorkeling. There are spots where fresh water leaks into the sea near the island, providing an exhilarating experience.
